Crochet Carrot Scarf

I recently finished a crochet carrot scarf using a pattern from Twinkie Chan’s Crochet Goodies for Fashion Foodies book.  (If you enjoy crocheting and never heard of Twinkie Chan I highly recommend you check out her work.  She has a really unique style.)  The scarf took about a day to complete and I’m pretty happy with the final result.

• Size H Hook
• Red Heart Soft Yarn (Tangerine)
• Lion Brand Yarn Vanna’s Choice (Kelly Green) for the stems
• Yarn Needle
• Scissors

Crocheting the Carrot Scarf

The pattern for the carrot scarf is well written and easy to follow.  This project is appropriate for beginner crocheters.   I was able to complete the scarf within a 24 hour time period.

I am pleased with the finished carrot scarf and look forward to wearing it when the weather cools down.
